We accept returns of unused swings in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping).

Exchanges

If your swing arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or washed swings cannot be returned.
